– Planning & Preparing Schedule: Preparing and updating project schedule based on the contract and
setting work program and targeting milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
– Monitoring: Monitoring day to day work progress and preparing the weekly and monthly program
report and track the critical activities based on the project schedule.
– Coordination: Coordinating with the Project Manager, Site Staff, and Sub-contractors regarding the
