•Assistance in “technical proposal” by developing WBS, OBS, project schedule, progress histograms, manpower loading/histograms & project execution strategy.
•Strategizing project launching, execution, monitoring & control after award of contract.
•Recalculation of project man-hours, manpower, crew composition, developing WBS/OBS mapping & preparation of “project scope statement”.
•Preparation of “project schedule” in primavera/MS project at different levels i.e. disciplines level, zone/area level, cost-center level and “resource loading”.
