Worked with Descon Engineering Limited for the 'Future Leaders Internship Program'. Compiled and analyzed the monthly and yearly HR Reports. Created an employee attrition report to highlight factors that might have resulted in employees leaving the Firm. Worked with the Executive of Organizational Development & Training for the employee evaluation system.
Intern (Wealth Management)
Worked with the Priority Banking team for setting up the Bank Alfalah Priority Banking. Re-created the retail operations manual and various supply chains were adjusted to reduce the turnaround time. The effectiveness and efficiency was increased for the prospective Priority Clients. Competing Priority Businesses were analyzed to design a one of a kind customer service experience.
Audit Intern
Was part of the audit team and accompanied a team of Senior and Junior Auditors sent for the external audit carried out for Millat Tractors Limited. Analyzed and cross-checked sales for MF375 Tractor and looked at the frequency of complaints and re-orders for the particular tractor model.
