I am a self-driven and self-motivated individual, passionate in making a career in the field of media and journalism. I have a masters degree in mass communication from Karachi University and I have also done a course in journalism from Centre of Excellence Journalism, IBA Karachi. I was one of the brightest students in my class and I always excelled in my courses and extra-curricular activities. I am a great communicator with excellent communication skills. I have a proven track record of consistently surpassing challenging performance goals.

Journalism and writing is my passion. In my free time I love to read urdu and english language newspapers, magazines and various online journals/blogs. In the past I have contributed for various news papers/blogs and written several letter to editors which have been published in some well known newspapers.

I have more than 8 years of experience working in the field of media and journalism with various organizations in challenging environments. I was previously associated with BOL News where I worked as a program producer for 2 years. I was consistent top performer in the organization and my performance was appreciated by all my supervisors for which I also got various performance related awards.

In the past I have also worked for ARY News, Pakistan Press Foundation, Jang Newspaper in several different positions. I have done internships with AIMS and Radio Pakistan as a News Anchor and as a copywriter for Basharat Newspaper and Metro1 News.

My main motivation is to fulfill all the tasks assigned to me by working diligently and help my organization achieve its goals. I am looking forward to working with an organization where my skills and experience are put to test and where I can grow professionally in the presence of other talented individuals.
