Installation, management and configuring of PC/Laptop\Vipers Hardware’s, Software’s, Driver’s, MS Windows, Server operating system, Linux, MS Office, Windows Ghost Image Backup, Windows Firewall, Browser’s, Printer’s, Scanner’s, IP Camera's, CAT-6 cable’s, Network Rack and as per requirement of University, Students, Staff and faculty.
Provides basic troubleshooting, replacement and maintenance for Computer/Network equipment’s i.e., Viper PC, UPS, Printer’s, HDD\SSD, Power cables, RJ-45 connector, switches, router, firewall etc.
Provide technical support to all Students, Labs, Faculty\Staff and also Faculty\Staff Meeting using Videos Conference, Google Meet, Next Cloud User name & Password (this may be in person over the phone OR remote access).
Records of student for University portal (FLEX), courses, User name and password and issue student cards also PC for FYP Students and Lab activities and Lab exam etc.
Installation, management and configuring of PC/Laptop Hardware’s, Software’s, Driver’s, MS Windows o/s, Server o\s, MS Office, Windows Firewall, Browser, Printer’s/Scanner’s, IP Camera's, CAT-6 cable’s, Network Rack.
Provides basic troubleshooting, replacement and maintenance for Computer/Network equipment i.e. PC, UPS, Printer’s, Power cables, RJ-45 connector, switches, router, firewall etc.
Provide technical support to all Area offices of Healthtec including meeting, Interview on Zoom app (this may be in person over the phone OR remote access).
Installation’s, Management and configuration of MS Windows, Office, User’s accounts, Application’s, Software’s, Hardware’s, PC /Printer’s/ Scanner’s setup driver’s, CAT-6 network Cables and Network rack inside NETHOME Solution OR outside on project basis.
Create User’s profile for Students i.e., online classes via Zoom and Google Meet etc.
Install authorized software’s to laptop/ desktop and testing new technology and possibly training junior staff.
· Working at a Helpdesk answering calls and emails regarding technological problems and advertising I.T training courses on social media etc.
· Provide a Technical Support across the NETHOME and Projects (this may be in person or over the phone or remote access).
· Records of student and issue training/courses completion certificate and exam Voucher’s to students (i.e. CISCO, Microsoft, VMware, FORTINET etc.).
