Managing project's close out process.
Reviewing and analysing claims filed by contractors related to cost
and time.
Drafting and submitting assessment report based on the analysis to
the client.
Provide Briefings to the client regarding claim status.
Acting as a mediator between client and contractor to resolve
disputes related to the delays and claims.
Preparation of micro schedules as desired by the client for each
contractor with revised extended timelines.
Forecasting completion dates for the remaining works based on the
progress data provided by the client.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Scheduling.
Preparation of Cost, Resource and Schedule Baselines.
Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
Presenting High Level Project Updates to Client and Consultant in Weekly Meetings.
Updating and Monitoring the Project Progress.
Performing Earned Value Analysis for Project Cost and Budget.
Determining Project's Key Performance Indicators Weekly in order to Control the Progress Flow.
Performing Different analyses through different methods such as event tree, cause and effect and Pareto. • Calculating Daily Manpower Productivity.
Tracking of Shop Drawings, Submittals Submissions and Procurement of Materials.
Updating Project Logs and Intimating Regularly to the Relative Departments for their Timely Submission of Drawings or Submittals.
Raising Alarms/Flags to the Management for any Delays or Lags in Activities.
Performing Delay analysis and preparation of Delay Claims Report.
Maintaining Project Diary to Keep Record Events Occurring on Site.
Preparing and Updating Monthly Look Ahead and Crash/Catch up Program.
• Preparation and Management of PDUs.
• Analysis of Rates for Variation Items.
• Preparation of Shop Drawings and As Built Drawings.
• Preparation of Daily, Fortnightly and Monthly Construction Progress Reports.
• Quantity Estimation of all BOQ items.
• Effective Coordination with stakeholders including both client and sub-contractor.
• Preparation of Change Orders in coordination with Project Manager.
• Review Construction Drawing and raising queries to the Client/Consultant.
• Preparation and of Monthly Invoices (IPCs) and Verifying it with Client and Consultants.
• Preparation of Procurement Schedule for Construction.
• Preparation of Method Statements of All Activities to be performed on Site.
• Tracking of Project Progress and Updating Project Schedule.
• Attending Meetings with Client and Sub-Contractors and Circulate Minutes of Meeting.
• Providing assistance regarding civil works to Electrical and HVAC Contractors.
• Preparing and Maintaining Site Management Plan.
• Responsible for the complete procedure of procurement from estimation to inspection and installation.
• Supervision of finishing activities on site.
