The Operation Officer is responsible for providing efficient and accurate operational support within the branch. The Operation Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth functioning of branch operations and contributing to customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Opening Efficiently and accurately process new account opening requests, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and verified in accordance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies.Remittance Clearing Handle the processing and clearing of inward and outward remittances, ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions while adhering to relevant procedures.Dormant Accounts Manage and maintain records of dormant accounts, process reactivation requests in compliance with bank policies, and handle related customer inquiries.Cheque Book and ATM Card Management Process requests for cheque books and ATM cards, maintain inventory records, and ensure timely issuance to customers following established procedures.Customer Relationship Management Serve as a point of contact for customer operational queries, providing accurate information and resolving issues related to account opening, remittances, dormant accounts, cheque books, and ATM cards.Transfers and Pay Order Processing Process customer requests for fund transfers (internal and external) and prepare pay orders accurately and efficiently.Compliance and Documentation Ensure all operational activities are conducted in adherence to Meezan Bank's internal policies, Shariah principles, and regulatory requirements.
