Having completed my O-Levels from London, I was part of a program called Young Enterprise where I was one of the few students who represented Stockley Academy to compete with other schools in the borough by forming a company under the supervision of their respective schools.
Since I'm a business enthusiast I have successfully managed to run a company called Help Me Trade with 10 employees working under me for one year. Apart from this, I was also in the Senior Prefect Team as a Deputy Head Boy of Stockley Academy for one year.
Moreover, I have been part of many charity programs and I have also raised over 110 twice by shaving my head off for Children In Need. I was also selected to be called on for an interview for a TV program, The Junior Apprentice, featuring Sir Alan Sugar. I've represented my school in a one day workshop at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as part of a business studies coursework.
I have been involved in so many social active programs that Sarah Brown (Gordon Brown's Wife, who was the current PM in 2009) paid a visit to our school and congratulated me and two others on our work towards recycling and what we have achieved. I have also raised over 2.5Lakhs while voluntarily working with PSO as we collected funds for the flood victims who lost everything in the disastrous flood that hit Pakistan in 2011.

Research & Business Development Trainee
I’ve worked with Arif Habib Commodities for a period of 5 weeks as an intern. My job there was to do research regarding Gold, Silver and Crude Oil, update our client database with regular in house commentaries and send the report to the team leader. Apart from the research, I’ve also worked on getting physical and future contracts from the clients and by the end of the month I was one of the top interns who collected more than 20 forms.

I’ve managed a small company as a managing director under the supervision of my school and with the help of the Young Enterprise programme for a period of 1 year. Highlight of this was when we organized a cultural show and put up stalls of different cultures (15 different countries); we managed to make a profit of £3760 out of which we gave half of the money to Business Heroes. Business Heroes is a charity who were helping and supporting the survivors of the earthquake which hit Haiti in 2009.
