Coordinating Focal person (women Friendly Spaces) to Combat GBV & VAW
Currently, I am working in Shirkat Gah Women Resource Center, since 2011, and I am currently serving the same organization. I have hired as Provincial Coordinator for WFSes (women Friendly Spaces), these spaces were built in flood affected areas and I have to run a proper package there in WFSes and within 1.5 Year I got promotion and become the “National Coordinating Focal Person”. That was the period when I learn what are the cultural differences between the different regions of Pakistan and Also I have learn how to evaluate our work by our self and also the good manners to interact with donors and the organizations who are funding us.
During this period I was also part of WELDD (Women Empowerment and Leadership for development and Democratization) Leadership Project, In which I have learn and replicate many Leadership modules like, What are the Leadership traits, Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, and also Understanding of State and Citizenship.
During my course of time, I was also selected as facilitator with British Council- Active citizens Project and replicate their Module related to highlighting the issues related to Governess and spreading the awareness to resolve those issues by themselves in the form of Social Action Projects.
SG (Shirkat Gah) has also built a network of local women Leaders named as “Purple Women” in all 4 provinces of Pakistan, I have honor to initiate their sub offices at Muhallah Level so that they can resolve their petty issues related to Governess and other daily routine by themselves and built peace in their localities.
Meanwhile I was also part of SG main Research related to the same issue named as “Towards Better Governance, Pluralism and Peace: Understanding Increasing Religious Intolerance and Religious Extremism”.
Interpersonal Communication Officer foe Capacity Building and Advocacy
I have also served Greenstar Social Marketing as IPCO (Interpersonal Communication Officer) for almost 4 Years, Those 4 years were full of learning and I have learn that how we can interact with local community and how we can deliver our message to them and motivate them. This was a golden period of my time, when I have applied my various learning and got local experience.

My first interaction with professional carrier was a Paid internship in P&G and during this period of time, I have learn a lot of skills and during this internship, I was hired as the Project coordinator of Safeguard School Activity based in Punjab region.
