Major Responsibilities:
Social Security & EOBI
Liaison with EOBI & PESSI Authorities for issues.
Timely fixation of the issues pertaining in EOBI & ESSI Nationwide.
Coordinate with accounts department for timely payment of SS & EOBI
Liaison with authorities
Liaison with all law enforcement agencies, landlords, suppliers,
vendors & contractors for related concerns.
Responsible for all required permits (food, labor, signage, trade
license etc.) and follow up for the renewal.
Fleet Management
Liaison with Supply Chain & Warehouse department for all
commercial vehicles.
Fueling of commercial vehicles through assigned cards.
Have a strong check on record of fuel consumption of commercial
vehicles.
Travel and Lodging
Book tickets and guest house/hotel for management and other staff.
Verify travel expenses of staff.
Security
Handle all security matters in liaison with 3rd party.
Installation and repair of security cameras and cash safe.
Review and implementation SOPs relevant to security and security
personals.
Insurance
Liaison with insurance company’s representative for claims and
relevant matters.
Renew the annual contract of health insurance and coordinate for all
claims.
Find and compare insurance policies when and where needed.
Insurance of new & existing outlets and cargo stock in transit.
Utilities & Rents
Ensure Timely payment of all utility bills, internet, phone bills & rents.
Review property contracts ,resolve issue if pertains in this regard
Investigate if bills have arrears
Expansion & Development
Responsible for existing branches Maintenance & development
Visiting & verifying points/land for new business points
Civil mechanical & electrical work qoutations
Liaison with vendors/land lords for contracts
Budget
Prepare and manage monthly budget of administration.
Submit expense report to line manager & finance.
Preparation of Yearly Departmental Budget.

Ensure smooth end to end completion of admin tasks.
