Worked as Manager Operations & Security in Association for Biorisk Management – Pakistan, during this period I have managed the whole Operations, Logistics, Procurement & Security of the Organisation across KP, Balochistan, Punjab & Federal Capital Islamabad, worked closely with Program & Finance Department to develop different tools & procedures for smooth operations of the organisation, developed & implemented Operational manual for Association for Biorisk Management – Pakistan. Worked closely with MOI, EAD, SECP and different law & enforcement agencies for renewals of MOU’s & miscellaneous documentation submission.

Worked as Senior Operations & Security Officer in Association for Biorisk Management – Pakistan, during this period I managed fleet management, procurement for ongoing activities in KPK & Baluchistan, guest house’s agreements, air tickets arrangements, inventory management & control for Peshawar & Quetta offices, coordination & follow-ups with SECP, EAD & MOI regarding organization’s NOC’s at different levels, coordination with vendor’s for smooth supplies, rental vehicle agreements on different locations in KP & Baluchistan.

Worked as Regional Operations Officer in Relief International – Pakistan for KPK & Baluchistan regions, during this tenure I managed all the procurements for KPK & Baluchistan, inventory control, fleet management, warehousing, guest house accommodation & air travel arrangements for RI staff, rental vehicle agreements for KPK & Baluchistan regions, training arrangements, fuel agreements for different locations in KPK & Baluchistan, petty cash management, payments processing & coordination with Livestock department KP & Baluchistan.

Managing all the fleet and procurement activities of Relief International Islamabad & all field offices, Managing all the administrative duties i.e. preparing tender documents, payments schedules, Keeping all the records of all the vendors i.e. check lists, tax records, Maintaining all the stationary stocks and assuring in time supplies from vendors, Coordination with Economic Affair Division & Ministry of Interior, Guest house and Air ticket arrangements for RI & RP staff, Worked as an emergency coordinator in Rapid II project in DI Khan.

Worked as sales & procurement manager, during this period I was responsible for smooth and in time supplies, managing all the sales and procurement activities of surgical instruments and orthopedic implants for north zone, managing all the administrative duties i.e., preparing tender documents, payments schedules, keeping all the data of clients, maintaining all the stocks and assuring in time supplies to the clients.

Worked as Branch Manager in Monarch Security Services (Pvt.) Ltd. Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
Manage the branch for Rawalpindi and Islamabad for security systems, managing all the administrative duties, Manage all the procurements and stocks, Administration and induction of security guards for the company.
