 Configuring Inter-vlan Routing using Router on a Stick method
 Configuration of Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP) for providing Network Redundancy
 Troubleshooting Routing & Switching Issues in the Network
 Point to Point Link Establishment between two microwave radios
 RF Link Optimization
 Registration of IP-Phones on Cisco 2951 router acting as CME, Analog Phones on Voice Gateway VG224 and making of conference call
 Configuration of VoIP Dial-peers for calling between different call managers
 Configuration of CUCM (Centralized & Decentralized/Distributed) & CME for VoIP Services
 Configuring Route Patterns, H.323 Gateways, SCCP Gateways and SIP Trunk on CUCM
 Using SNMPc and Cisco Prime with ESXI Server for Network Management and Monitoring
 Registration of Cisco IP phones, Analog Phones, Video Teleconferencing (VTC), SIP Phones on CUCM & Updating IP Phones firmware
 Creating hot-line on CME, Voice Gateway and CUCM
 Configuring FXO and FXS ports & Taking Data Backups as and when required
 Configuring CUCM Centralized Architecture for Providing Redundancy to IP-Phones and Analog phones
 Configuring STCApp on Voice gateway and SRST configuration on CME
 Configuring Multi Level Precedence and Preemption (MLPP) on Cisco 5915 router with Communication Manager Express (CME) version 9.0
 Configuring Access Control Lists/ Port Security for restricting network access to only allowed Personnel
 Configuring Privilege level/ Parser view based Network Security
 Configuring GRE Tunnel with IPsec and DMVPN for encrypting IP traffic
 Configuring Context based Access Control (CBAC),a Cisco IOS Firewall feature
 Delivering Training to the Customer and Preparation of Training Manuals
