Major Duties and Responsibilities.
Implementation of ERP in all HR domains across the board in HR dpt.
Collect the pool of candidates from different sources for recruitment purpose and shortlist them to administering interviews with line managers and visit different cities to hire resource as per region need.
Ensure timely issuance of offer letter/ contract/ appointment letters/ extension/ warning letters etc. to staff.
Give HR orientation session to the new joiners batch.
Assist senior members of the HR team in development and implementation of Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
To maintain constructive, purposeful, trust based and sincere relations with all colleagues working above or under whether directly or indirectly associated.
Support senior members of the HR team regarding staff training & development plan implementation.
Ensure proper file management system by coordinating with other members of the HR team.
Regularly update HR personal/ project files and ensure all essential documents required for personal/ project file are with HR.
Assist senior members of the HR team in representing HR during internal/ external audits.
Assist in making 1600 plus Employees Payroll on ERP oracle and other Compensation & Benefits modules along with MS Excel.
Attendance management through bio-metric machines, leave record, duty roasters management in all over Pakistan Centers.
Complete exit portfolio with handing over taking over.
Maintaining EOBI, PESSI & SESSI records and updating.
Develop appraisal modules for FDO,s and Lab technologists for rating performance.
Processing and managing complete record of loan applications house loan, vehicle loan, mobile loan and salary loans.
Work in HR and Marketing department practically on HR cube software for making payroll ,Employee record, Daily activities , attendance and make recruitment plan for different positions in all TMM departments and get assistance from HR & Admin manager to complete the tasks.check employee performance on the basis of different appraisal methods of ranking and essay.
