• The targets given by our head office is distributed to all Punjab shop ( 48 shops in Punjab )
• Follow up the target given to shops in Punjab and discuss with RSM
• The daily sales are deposited in various banks as per my instruction
• Advise shop manager for increasing shop sales
• Corresponding with head office for day to day issues
• Given approval for petty cash for shops on monthly basis and auditing their petty cash Debit voucher provided by the shops
• Arrange payments for shops utilities bill
• Arraigning shops managers and AMS training for improving sales targets
• Monitoring staff behavior in CCTV cameras and guiding where it required
• Shop account are audited on monthly basis by visit the shop
