I'm a self motivated and fast learning Team player. I've been Graduated as Mechanical Engineer from COMSATS. And now working as a Reliability Services Engineer in Condition monitoring related services. My aim is to work in a challenging, responsible and creative environment where I can effectively apply my skills and acquired knowledge offer the growth of the organization and myself.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for performing Vibration Analysis, generating reports and triggers necessary actions of assigned plants.
2. Responsible for generating Acoustic Emission reports and Thermography reports
3. Technical Expertise including Vibration Analysis, Laser Alignment, Field balancing, Thermography and Ultrasonic Testing.
4. Responsible for delivering technical training to costumer regarding Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root cause failure analysis (RCFA), Vibration Analysis (VA), Laser alignment, Infrared Thermography (IRT) and ultrasonic Testing includes Air leaks detection, Steam traps inspection, Valve testing, Electric Chrona detection and mechanical bearing inspection.
5. Responsible for performing Air leaks detection of Compressed air, steam, And different gas lines at different plants
6. Responsible for performing Steam traps inspection
Key Role
--To study the different maintenance techniques and equipment used in industries to detect failure of machines/plant.
--To find out solutions to reduce failures and source of failures in order to enhance reliability of machines/plant
I've been done a case study analysis of the HRSG section of this Power plant for completing my Final year project of Implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance.
