Bundu khan (sweets and Bakers): December 2016 to till now as Quality Assurance Executive
Responsibilities:
In Bundu Khan (pvt) Ltd, I am responsible for following ongoing activities;
Checked the quality of raw material to finished products.
Ensuring that ISO 9001, 14001, FSMS 22000 System is implemented.
Contribute ideas for safety, hygiene, and Plant improvement.
Organize training programs regarding quality, environment, safety & food safety related matters.
Inspection of raw material regarding food safety and hygienic to consumer hand.
Development of standards from raw material to finished product as per customer requirements.
Maintains records of raw material and product quality checks for traceability.
Formulate quality policies and monitor the proper implementation of these policies through SOPs.
Monitor CCP’s on daily basis of different batches of products.
Provides assistance / Guidance to the quality inspectors to carry out the job..
Training of all food handlers regarding food safety, GMP, GHP etc.
Prepares daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly quality and safety control reports as required
Run complete customers feed back program, complaint management system (traceability system) and regulate it.
