Reporting to General Manager (GM) Operations about operational production activities & planning of Physical & Chemical Refinery.
•Executing the production plans as team leader in compliance with quality standards, increasing yield through lean management and continuous improvement.
• To motivate and train operation’s team along with floor staff to align on company's goals and provide guidelines to achieve them.
• Leading budget management project to improve overall efficiency, quality and productivity of process.
Reporting to Production Manager (PM) about operational production activities of Ghee Mill Refinery.
•Executing the production plans as senior team member with Ghee Mill’s laboratory and operations team for production target achievement.
•Leading production facility to comply food safety’s national & international standards.
•Being site Food Safety Compliance Executive Leading providing trainings on food safety, hygiene and sanitation, personal hygiene, HACCP, the HALAL food concept, Food Safety Management System ISO-22000:2018 (FSMS).
•Implement production schedule in order to achieve daily sales allocation from production plan to coincide with product dispatch deadlines.
•Supervise production line operation efficiently with use of manpower.
•Silo management, standardization, stock, rotation, CIP, identification of milk for specific product usage and compile shift production log.
