• I serve the organization staff by establishing and recruiting testing and interviewing program; assisting managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.

• Ensures, planning, monitoring and appraisal employee work results by training them to create discipline in employees; scheduling management meetings with employees; hearing and resolving employee issues with best supervising services.
