I have wide and varied experience in working with numerous international development agencies. I have proven excellent technical skills in implementation of projects with international principles and standards.
I have worked with several reputable International Organizations such as Pakistan Reading project USAID funded, Interactive Research Development IRD Global Fund, Nai Zindagi Trust Global Fund and Indus Hospital and Health Network Global Fund. I am multilingual and can speak and understand languages such as English, Sindhi and Urdu (good in reading but basic in Speaking).
Daily coordination with all health facilities in the district to gather data in approved format.
Develop a fixed plan of visiting at least 3 health facilities each day and visiting all health facilities in the district during the whole month, at least twice.
Map the bacteriological positive cases to plan screening camps for household contacts and communities in high-burden areas.
In collaboration with District Coordinator (Dopasi), plan and conduct screening camps.
Coordinate with local Lady Health Workers (LHWs) before and during the camp to ensure all household contacts have been screened.
Coordinate with local Rural Health Centers (RHCs) to ensure all eligible household contacts have been started on TB Preventive Treatment (TPT).
Coordinate with local Rural Health Centers (RHCs) to ensure TB-positive household contacts have been started on TPT.
Compile data from attached health facilities in the approved format and share with District Coordinator as per defined frequency (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).
To monitor all program interventions including the targeted community awareness and mobilization activities;
To document all the field observation, , gaps and debrief the relevant partner/ program staff and develop an agreed action plan for the findings;
To carry out follow-up monitoring visits to materialize actions agreed in action plan, also maintain ‘Monitoring-Action Plan Tracker’ at field level;
To validate and collect program relevant data, ensure data consistency and provide technical backstopping for error free data recording;
To participate in review meeting.
To manage Complaint and Feedback Mechanism at district level which facilitates beneficiaries/communities to register complaints and share feedback;
To assist central/ Provincial M&E unit in developing key compliance/quality questions and minimum standards for monitoring project performance;
To assist in carrying out baseline surveys, monitoring and assessment exercises when needed;
To coordinate with the district health department for the smooth implementation of grant activities.

In consultation with the Provance Manager,plan and establish HTC(HIV
Testing and Counseling) services for PWUDs and their partners.
Conduct pre and post test counseling with clients on regular basis.
Facilitate family contacts after client consent where possible and appropriate(as per HTC and family counseling SOPs).
Conduct follow up sessions after client has reintegrated with family,and
maintain follow up record (SOPs to be followed).
Referral for further testing.
Referral for medical services when needed.
Referral for HIV prevention services.
Referral for HIV & AID Scare and support services.
Maintain all record/information related to clients,their test results in strict confidentiality.
Attend day plan meetings with staff members and high light issues of clients raised in their morning meetings.
Participate and discuss issues pertaining to HTC, prevention,care&supports services
Maintain a daily diary and submit report of daily activities.
Maintain HTC files,monitoring and figure charts (as per SOPs).
Preparation of weekly work plan and share among the Team.
Monitoring and management of field Workers.
Prepare training material and conduct training to the Field Officers for the field activities.
Manage and oversee the workflow of the Field Workers.
Check status of the paper screening forms and forms uploaded in HYDRA Mobile App.
Ensure data integrity of forms and data entry on app.
Responsible to call the referral and follow up about the CHS visit of the presumptive (if needed).
Responsible to take day to day update on the activities done by the Field Workers through verbal conversation.
Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available for the Field workers.
