Ø  Arrange Freight quotations from Freight forwarders.
Ø  Arrange Import permit, Fumigation & Phyto.
Ø  Checked HS Codes & SRO’s with Clearing agent/ Custom.
Ø  Calculation of Custom Duties/Taxes as per Custom Tariff.
Ø  Coordinate with Finance for PSID online payments.
Ø  Coordinate with Accounts Dept. For Issuance of Pay Orders for Port & Shipping Lines.
Ø  Monitoring the Status of Shipments on “Weboc/Pakistan Single Window”.
Ø  Co-ordination with Logistics Partners for All Imports.
Ø  Issue Debit notes to Supplier against Weight / Quality / Detention claims.

Prepare All Import Documentation of Shipping Lines regarding Delivery Orders & Refunds
Manage weekly tentative schedule of transportation for imported material.

Prepare Monthly Report of  Paid Duties & Taxes on Import Consignments.
