Support, design, formulation, and implementation of the Business development project.
Lead the selection, training, and guiding of identified the businesses in the project
Develop Business models and Business plan for CCG (Conditional beneficiaries)
Develop IEC material for training and awareness
Conduct training and sensitization sessions for traders, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
Support Beneficiaries identification and selection processes together with the Project Team.
Data Validation and confirmation of Conditional and non-conditional (CCG and NCCG) beneficiaries.
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and rebuild their business
Collect Market data from local shops and suppliers.
Develop market linkages and other stakeholders
Keep close coordination with Community leaders
Weekly and monthly record-keeping and reporting to line manager
Document success stories, case studies, and other reporting documents as required by the project manager.

To plan and follow the activities of the project with the team such as field assessment, market price monitoring, and distribution of livestock inputs, implementation of trainings
To carry out any additional study or task assigned by the supervisor.
