1. Responsible for the Supervision and implementation of all activities at the CoPC and in outreach as required under the Global Fund Grant.
2. Responsible for the financial management of the project-related activities at CoPC site
3. Develop monthly work plans and reports of the project activities for submission to head office.
4. Conduct regular advocacy sessions with key stakeholders at the project site office
5. Review and verify data collected by the Outreach Workers (ORWs) as well as computerized data.
6. Ensure daily data entry by the designated staff in project MIS.
7. Carry out coordination and communication with the project site staff through organizing regular meetings.

9. Review daily reports of ORWs to identify field-related issues and provide feedback to the field staff.
10. Verify stocks, generate demands, and spot-check supplies of commodities and pharmaceutical products on a regular basis.

12. Responsible for the project-related procurement and supply management and repair and maintenance of capital assets

• Successfully Implementation and timely completion of Maternal Newborn Child Health Project (MNCH) from 1 October 2011 to 31st March 2014.
• Establishment of 100 Community Organizations COs, 23 Village Development Organizations VDOs and 1 Local Support Organization (LSO)
• Trained 960 Men and Women on Citizen Voice and Action (CV&A).
• Educate 7000 Mothers and 2000 Men on Ante natal care ANC, Post natal care PNC, Child Diseases.
• Re-activate labor Rooms at 3 BHUs of UC Kharrak District Muzafargarh through CVA approach.
