Working at Myson Engineering Systems as a Field Engineer for PMCL - Mobilink/South-1& 2.
Responsibilities are as below:
. Perform both PM (Preventive Maintenance) and CM
(Corrective Maintenance) Tasks.
. Patching & Verification of Internal & External Alarms on
Huawei BBU3900.
. Perform Routine Checklist for Telco on Huawei Mobilink
(Jazz) PM Portal.
. Hands-on experience in Ericsson TXN Equipment.
. Troubleshooting, Commissioning and Configuring of
Traffic Node 2P, 6P, 20P through Ericsson Mini-Link
Software.
. Configuration of VLANs, WANs & RL-IME on Ericsson TXN
through Mini-Link.
. Configuration of Ericsson Equipment (NPU 1C, 3C, 3D) &
(MMU 2H, 2K, 3A).
. Troubleshooting of TXN & BSS related issues and perform
activities under ECRF.
. Perform Battery Bank Health Check Activity under PM
Routine Task.
. Maintain & Prepare daily Outages, PM & BBS Testing
Reports.
. Work on special tasks under certain time duration (RSL
deviation, Site visibility).
Helpdesk Officer
Working as a Helpdesk Officer for PMCL - Mobilink / South - 1 & South - 2 Region.
Responsibilities are as Below
.Monitoring and Maintaing Mobilink (Jazz) Networks.
.To Escalate and follow up of issues occurring in Network.
.Monitoring of Access Network (Huawei U2000) Alarms over Terminal (OSS).
.Creating Outage Report on hourly basis via email.
.Technical Alarms Supervision & Troubleshooting. (Call/Email/SMS)
.Investigate reasons against each Down Sites and HUB Low Voltages Alarms and Power Abnormal by Team.
.Coordination with Senior NOC of MOBILINK to update of critical outages/ NE-Alarms via emails/telephone.
.Escalation Critical Alarms or Link outage via Email, SMS or On Call.
.Proactively Identify, Diagnose, Analyze and Troubleshoot Issues with RSL reports.
.Authority Letter issuance for Access Availability and Material Movement Cases
Internship (NOC Engineer)
Working as a Internee, Responsibilities are as Below
Monitoring of Operational Network on Software(Huawei U2000).
Monitor South-1 & South-2 Region(Karachi).
Monitor Current Alarms on Base Transceiver Station.
To create incident of issues using Trouble Ticket Tool.
To Follow up Planned Outages happening in Network.
To Organize reports against the Outages in the Network
To Participate in the weekly Meetings and provide Feedback.
Assist in Automation of Existing Processes, ensure timely Delivery and meet Customer
Expectations.
Introducing new Processes/Techniques for Delivering Tasks more Efficiently
