• In charge of direct reporting to the higher management on multiple entities which include conclusions on the audits,
updated AR report, and period-based sales stats.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing overall function of Accounts payable from Vendor Invoices entry to payments.
• Responsible for Daily Management of Cash Flow, ensure Payment on timely basis and forecasting potential payments impact on Cash Flow.
• Responsible for preparation of Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis preparing relevant Journal entries. Reports directly to Accounts Manager and interfaces directly with other senior management team members.
• Manage all transactions of Petty Cash ensuring compliance with organization.
