I have over a decade of experience in Development sector on different key positions with multiple well known (I)NGOs e.g. ACTED, International, Human Resource Development Society (HRDS, Frontier Works Organization (FWO), Mashriq Engineering Construction Company (MECC), Afghanistan. I have rich experience working in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa , Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Interior Sindh and in Afghanistan. I have expertise in Project Management/ Development, Emergency Response, planning and implementation of multi sector programs especially WASH, Livelihood, road construction. I have also expertise in PRA, Community Mobilization, Conflict Management, Advocacy skills, WASH approaches (CLTS/ SLTS) and Hygiene Promotion. As a Project Lead I have successfully implemented different donor funded projects e.g. ADB, UNICEF, UNHCR, USAID, ERRA.
Lead and guide ACTED’s WASH Program in the base.
Ensure that planned activities are successfully implemented;
Collaborate with the Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (AMEU) to assess need, monitor activities, and evaluate program progress. Ensure that lessons learned in the course of implementation are integrated into the program to ensure that it remains responsive and relevant;
Identify and interact with existing WASH initiatives in the base, including UN, GO’s and NGO’s, and community initiatives;
Liaise with the WASH Technical Working Group and its participants/ partners;
Report to the Area Coordinator and Country Director;
Prepare and develop the Project Management tools (i.e. PMF, Log frame, BFU, FS etc);
Develop team capacity at both the individual and group level by organizing/ facilitating trainings internally or through specialist agencies / individuals;
Work proactively to ensure that the projects are responsive and relevant to community needs.

Design and executes project work plans to meet the goals and objective of the project.
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Ensure good coordination with all stakeholders, Civil Military Liaison Office, DCO office, PDMA office, FDMA local administration and local community.
Conduct orientation sessions for properly orient the staff about overall objectives and activities of the project as per approved proposal.
Develop Project Plan and consultation with the team, with the assigning of roles and responsibilities against the activities of the project as per approved proposal.
Sharing of communication check list with the staff and follow ups for ensuring its implementation in the field activities.
Responsible for planning, program design, and to ensure its proper implementation at the field level.
Monitoring visits to field and to provide technical support to field staff.
To develop linkages with other key players working in the field.
Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly report to Head Office.
To provide day to day guidance to project staff.
Provide guidance for the field level activities and facilitate staff for implementation and issues resolution.
Make sure project legal documents are completed and signed.
Holds regular status meetings with project team.
If there is any issue raised regarding staff deal it professionally keeps HR in loop.
Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
Helps team execute career development plans.
Water Analysis and chlorination in construction camps.
Solid Waste Collection, transportation and Disposal Plans for construction camps, scarified bituminous road waste, asphalt plants, crusher plants and all other other facilities.
Hygiene promotion campaigns.
Health, safety and environment Trainings to the construction workers.
Preparation of Occupational health & safety plans.
Preparation of installation plane for asphalt plant and crusher plant.
Preparation of Environmental Management Plan.
Preparation and implementation of traffic management plan.
Preparation of disposal plan for excavated surplus soil material.
Preparation of disposal plan for scarified bituminous waste material.
Preparation of blasting plan.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly environmental management compliance reports.
Regular field visit to monitor and advice on issues related to health, safety and environment.
Coordination of project activities with relevant department.
Water Samples Collection and Analysis for various Physical, Chemical and Biological Parameters.
Comments / views on EIA Reports, Attending presentations given by the Consultants / Project proponent and Participating in Public Hearing.
To coordinate with Planning Cell of Environment Department and P&D Deptt for projects scrutiny, approval and annual funding.
Preparation of PC-1 for “Strengthening Facilities of Review and Examination IEE/ EIA Reports.
Preparation of Monthly work plan.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly progress reports for donor agency (UNDP).
