Learning & Development
●Responsible for all learning and development activities (e.g. Training need assessment, scheduling of training sessions, liaising with internal employees and external training providers & compiling training feedback)
●E-Learning for all employees through e-learning articles/case studies/tips etc.
●Responsible for compilation of Group wide training calendar and arrangement/coordination of such trainings for all subsidiaries
HR Budget Management
●Preparing of SWB & Training budget in coordination with HUBCO
●Monthly, quarterly & annual plan vs actual reporting and detailed expected over-run analysis with finance department prepared for Board packages and stewardship reporting for HR & Admin
Recruitment Services
●Coordinating all internal recruitment and selection activities (job advertisements, shortlisting of CVs, recruitment drives, interview scheduling, interview packs, employment letters, joining intimation etc.) and providing full support to HUBCO HR for any recruitment services
●Planning and conducting new employee orientation (floor orientation, orientation with HODs, plant orientation etc.)
HR Operations
●Managing HR operations, including but not limited to personnel records, employment letters, policy matters, organization announcements, disciplinary process/grievance handling etc.
●Timely and effectively completing performance appraisal cycle (team reviews, manager’s review, preparing salary sheet, increment/promotion letters & coordination of all activities with HUBCO HR)
●Coordinating & providing support to HUBCO Corp for HR related assignments, ranging from corporate plans to employee database and remuneration analysis
Employee Engagement
●Leading employee engagement initiatives & activities in line with the Corp values that result in generating a positive impact across the company.
●Arranging team building activities, awaydays, sports events/annual dinner and other HR initiatives to increase employee engagement throughout the company
●Reviewing employee suggestions and recommendations monthly from Employee Suggestion Box, reporting of suggestions/grievances to HUBCO HR & further action planning with HODs, communicating the closure to staff.
●Formulating & sending out monthly E-Newsletter (comprising of monthly highlights of company
events, trainings etc. and e-learning articles to increase employee engagement)
Green Office Initiative’s Coordination
●Coordinating the activities related to Green Office Initiative with green office team and WWF, including updating the KPI data collection database and ensuring the implementation of Environmental Management Plan (EMP), arranging & celebrating environment days and campaigns
OPD & Life Insurance
●Responsible for provision of all General Insurances (Health & Life) and processing of the claims.
●Collection of OPD claim forms from staff, coordination with Panel doctor for verification of claims & providing the summarized data to Finance & Accounts department for the reimbursement, on monthly basis.
Managed complete range of human resource activities for the parent organization and its two upcoming e-commerce projects; including the following:
Heavy, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
Creating and publishing all internal communications and presentations in support of communication initiatives.
Developing and implementing the company’s policies and procedures.
Preparing the organizational structure for parent & subsidiary organizations.
Performed HR duties related to recruitment & selection, employee management, HR policies development & implementation, corporate event planning, successful implementation of Green Office Initiative, compilation and update of the employee records, assisted the successful launch and completion of performance appraisal process.
I had a private and professional experience during my 6 weeks summer internship at MOL PAKISTAN oil and gas co. B.V.
I worked in the CORPORATE AFFAIRS department, which is one of the most sophisticated and creative department of MOL PAKISTAN.
Different yet interesting tasks and projects were assigned during the summer internship program.
