Supervison and coordination with technical team during inspection of transformers by NTDCL.

Ensuring the work is completed on schedule .
Maintaining a safe and clean work area.

Providing motivation and assistance when necessary.
Inspecting and assesing the work done by the electrical staff.
Trouble shooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
