Offering color matching expertise and paints product selection advice
Maintaining awareness of all promotions and advertisements
Executing the daily operational, day to day goals and priorities assigned by management.
Resolving customer queries on paint colors

o Participates in Sales plans and their execution;
o Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
o Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
o Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
o Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
o Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
o Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
o Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
o Feeding future buying trends back to employers;
o Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues;
o Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
o Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities;
