• Performing Drive Tests using TEMS 16 Investigation and troubleshooting of the problems related to coverage, quality, Drop calls, Blocked calls. Handover failure, overshooting by using TEMs Data Collection.
• Identify and resolve Co and Adjacent frequency, MAIO discrepancy, and BSIC and HSN discrepancy in assigned BSC.
• Using TEMS observing the particular cell parameters such as RSCP level, RSSI, E0/I Level, Scrambling Code, Rx Level, Rx Quall, C/I, SQI, HSN, MAIO, BER, FER etc.
• Perform BSC Drives.
• Perform Reparenting (Re-homing) activities.
• Troubleshooting of customer raised issues and resolving them up to customer satisfaction.

• Testing for feeder swap (Full/Partial) and observation of traffic behavior and congestion in the network.
• Identification of low power and faulty TRXs and performing the time slot verification.
• Checking for Inter-site & Intra-cell handovers and perform neighbor verification.
• Optimize the Inter-BSC & Inter-Vendor Inter-Site Handovers.
• Frequency Scanning, Edge testing, Cluster Optimization.
• Attend Customer Complaints.
• Coordination with the DT Coordinator and BSS Team for site status.
• EDGE/GPRS Testing using TEMS Investigation.
• Identification of faults and issues during the drive test e.g. sector swaps (complete & partial), BCCH clashes (adjacent and co-channel interference), Handover failures, Call drops, bad Quality and low Rx level patches, missing neighbors, overshoots etc.
• Troubleshooting of customer raised issues and resolving them up to customer satisfaction.
