I’m responsible for following activities.
. Working as a shift engineer.
. Updating daily production sheet.
. Creating maintenance activities on weekly basis or as per requirement.
. Make analysis of producion report i.e Master production report On monthly basis to control downtime.
. Planning and undertaking maintenance reports.
. Expert in SAP to create MRP and reservations.
. Responsible to create workorders to fabricators, Civil and painting shop.
. Determine raw material needed to cover productions before running line.
. Responsible to create forecasting plan for HCl.
. Plan and prioritise operation to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
. Issue requistion to store for material requirement.
. Schedule shifts according to production demand.
. Address issues during production for avoiding disruption.
. Prepare and submit status of shifts to line manager.
. Interact with laboratory, CRSM and QC departments for better production.
. Interact with workers and supervisors for day to day activities.
. Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

. Work on production planning for month or per unit wise demand.
. Work on ERP software for order tracking sheet.
. Unit wise meetings on weekly basis.
. Allocation of time standard production as per unit/item by using work study methods.
. Creating supply chain sheet for marketing and units.
. Inspection of material eg: threads, zips, labels, fabric etc.
. Minimising production time with aailable time.
. Dealing with unit to unit and marketing departments.
