· Daily Coordination with Banks regarding Cheque and Other Instruments
· Looking All Administration Tasks in Branch
· Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
· Maintain and update company database
· Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
· Answer queries by employees and clients
· Be the point of contact between the executives and company employees/clients and manage information flow
