DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
1. Oversee the organization and/or scheduling of refugee appointments, including, as assigned, the creation of ad hoc reports, the creation and updating of schedules, the issuance of notifications and the confirmation of appointments, interpretation services and/or the completion of logistical duties related to circuit rides. Liaise with all units being serviced by scheduling team members to ensure open communication and satisfaction with scheduling activities.
2. Ensure START is updated in a timely and effective manner with such content as refugee application data, biographical another sensitive information such as interview dates, USCIS interview and fingerprint results, medical data and resettlement location preferences, and supervise processes being carried out within and between units, such as program access verification, security checks and assurances.
3. Utilizing reports, oversee regular QC of case files and data in START to ensure the accuracy of all case information, thesis compliance with all USRAP and RSC SOPs and that processing pipelines are as short and efficient as possible, with expedited cases progressing as needed. Proactively address backlogs or pipeline issues in coordination with RSC management.
4. Liaise with other teams and units in Processing site Pakistan and with external partners such as USCIS, the Refugee Processing Center (RPC), panel physicians, the US Embassy and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). Prepare unit statistics and report regularly to the National / Project Officer or RSC management on relevant activities, problems and solutions related to the workflow and processing pipeline.
5. Train other Case Management team members to efficiently and effectively manage refugee case files, conduct refugee interviews, organize and schedule refugee appointments.
6. Maintain and promote the confidentiality and integrity of all RSC-related information by implementing control procedures in line with USRAP standards of conduct and data protection rules. Alert RSC management of any non-compliance to SOPs or codes of conduct by RSC staff members.

1. Supervise up to two teams of Processing site Pakistan staff members undertaking case management activities in an assigned area or areas including prescreening, medicals and pre-departure services.
2. Overseeing staff development processes such as hiring of G-4 Staff, providing training, assigning duties and giving feedback to staff members on their performance on a regular basis to ensure high quality work and the accurate completion of case management activities.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
1. Undertake case management activities in an assigned area or areas, such as file integrity, program access, pre-screening, field team, adjudications support, scheduling or pre-departure services, for any country location-worldwide- as may be assigned
2. Assist in the efficient and effective management of refugee case files and medical records, including, if assigned, undertaking such duties as creating new case files, distributing case files, filing returned files, keeping accurate and comprehensive track of files through the file tracking system, scanning files and transforming case files into travel packets, for any country location- globally- as may be assigned.
3. Undertake refugee Form Fill interviews for the purposes of recording biographical information, including, if assigned, accurately completing necessary forms, correctly entering data into the Worldwide Refugee Admissions Program System (START) and other databases, scanning, photocopying, attaching and filing documents, translating basic documents, and photographing applicants in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
4. Assist with the organization and/or scheduling of refugee appointments for any processing site, globally, as may be assigned, including, if assigned, running ad hoc reports, entering data into schedules in START or another database, updating schedules, issuing notifications, visiting applicants in camps and other locations to relay appointment information, and/or assisting with circuit ride logistics.
5. Update START with biographical and other sensitive information such as interview dates, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) interview and fingerprint results, medical data and resettlement location preferences, and, if assigned, activate processes such as program access verification, security checks or assurances as required.
6. Undertake quality assurance checks of refugee files and case data in START as directed by Case Management team members or supervisors for any location as may be assigned.
7. Provide regular reports on work being accomplished to the Project Focal Point, Case Management, and/or supervisors and team members.
8. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the USRAP, SOPs and START, as well as the ability to remain professional, impartial and unbiased during all interactions with refugee applicants and colleagues.
ACHIEVEMENTS: Since I was a part of PSI unit, I was assigned three-four cases on daily basis, In a duration of seven months I have successfully managed to be conduct around 380 Cases. Not only I have worked in the PSI Unit, I have gained my expertise in Scheduling Cases as well. I also worked as an Interpreter for temporarily which provide me a clear understanding of the Refugee context and cultural understanding.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
1. Facilitating all stages of community-based action plans by empowering and mentoring community groups through participatory approaches, gender Mainstreaming and Balanced participation in decision-making.
2. Support the notion of creating a safe environment that is conducive to meaningful dialogue and ensure the integrity of Community-Based Protection mechanisms is upheld with specific focus on Migrant & refugee women & girls.
3. Daily implementation of field level activities in refugee resettlement areas in accordance with operational priorities.

6. Conducted 20 capacity building trainings for Outreach Volunteer (OV).
7. Participated in four days Participatory Assessment Exercise conducted by UNHCR at kot chandana (Mian Wali).
8. Attended capacity building trainings on Child Protection, Case Management, Age, gender and diversity, PSEAH, Data Protection and integrity training.
9. Create online Google sheets and collect Data to update and maintain Helpline and Complaint/suggestion received by Community.
10. Successfully managed CBI for 800 refugees in month of July 2023.
11. Distributed and managed CBI database for 1268 Refugees. The distribution was managed via BIMS Software.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
1. Support the compilation of relevant data and research, including but not limited to market assessments, value chain analysis, and other comparative analysis, to ensure needs and feasibility of all livelihood programming under the selected areas.
2. Support the Programme in the design and implementation of the Livelihoods, gender and Social Work strategy, as required.
3. Pro-actively follows local or regional events that may impact on the humanitarian situation in the country/region;
