Job description.
 Function as discipline Project Engineer on medium to large projects, assuming responsibility for the work of the group.
 Participates in the initial definition and design of required projects in assigned area.
 Contributes to construction projects tendering and contracting process through participation in defining objectives and scope of works and in answering bidders queries with respect to construction site and available facilities.
 Leads site tours to familiarize contractors with construction sites, explain available services and facilities. Highlights significant comments or queries made by attending contractors.
 Coordinates various activities relating to site hand over and mobilization of contractors following contract award. Includes coordinating the placement of the contractor's site office, material storage area and camp as applicable
 Supervises and controls construction and installation activities on site. Includes approving work schedules and monitoring actual construction activities & attending site meetings.
 Compiles contractor’s monthly manpower and accident statistics and prepares related necessary accident or incident reports.
 Monitoring Contractor’s cost control procedures, Verification of Interim payment certificate, assessing evaluation Recommendations for Contractor Claims for EOT/variations/ change orders, Estimates cost impact Report, Engineering Measurements, Technical Query’s, Preparation of Daily/weekly/Monthly/ Monthly Cost Reports, Design Review, with FEED.
 Conducts Topographic Survey, Electrical Resistivity Survey & Geotechnical investigation of site.
 Conduct final inspection with EPCC/TPI team., Finalization of Quality Inspection plan/Work Methodology, Lab and site testing for Concrete/Soil and Asphalt,
 Review IFC drawings, specifications and other contractual documents to identify any discrepancies, clashing or errors.
