● Draft submissions to the relevant Contracts and Procurement
Committee seeking approval for the award of the Contracts.
● Monitor the overall financial and physical progress of the awarded
contract.
● Review requests for variation orders and make recommendations for
the project manager’s approval.
● Review and endorse the payment certificates associated with the
contract.
● Draft letters related to the Condition of Contract in order to address the
issues / claims and time extension, project milestone completion
reports etc.
● Prepare contracts status reports for client/stakeholder reporting.
● Responsible for negotiating, drafting, signing and overseeing
implementation of Engineering Contracts.

During active production hours i am responsible to, Distribute day to day Tasks in the respective departments as per client requirement and needs Planning and organizing production schedules Assessing project and resource requirements Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met Determining quality control standards Overseeing production processes Organize timescales or schedules as necessary Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials as per Production requirement Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production area equipments like Air Compressors, Blowers, Molding Machines, Capstan Laths and CNC Machines present inside Production area. Inspection and checking of all Blow-therm Painting Plants on Regular Basis liaising with buyers , marketing and sales staff Supervising and managing the work of junior staff Organizing relevant training sessions to improve Productivity and discuss Technical issues occurred during productions Planning and controlling client order needs to improve company revenue. Controlling the Inventory level of different parts as per requirement from IMs Software

Implementing and condition-based monitoring in all type of Cement process

Maintenance Skills:
Responsible for checking all type of rotary equipment’s including
(Motors, Pumps, gearboxes, compressor, fans etc.)
On-site report creation and fault diagnostic.
Corrective Maintenance tasks such as filed balancing & Laser
alignment On-site thermal inspection of electrical and mechanical
equipment’s etc
On-site Vibration Analysis of Mechanical equipment.
Parallel and Angular alignment of Centrifugal pumps through laser
Technology.
Thermo graphic checkup of all equipment installed inside the plant
including pumps ,Motors , Boilers, Electric circuits and electrical
switches etc through Flir E6-XT Cameras.
Checking of Civil and Mechanical foundations.
Checking of Soft footing of installed Machines to increase its
reliability
Checking of kiln Main drive ,Motors, Gear box and Mashing gears
Preventive Maintenance of Coal Mill, Raw Mill, Cement Mill and
cement plant main equipment’s like Separators, Bucket elevators,
Apron Conveyor, Main drives, Induce draft Fans, Primary Fans etc.
Maintenance inspection of crusher main drives, conveyer drives,
fans and belt conveyers etc.

It includes effective maintenance of pumps, compressors, pipelines, Sideentry Mixers, Oil storage tanks and Submit it reports by Maximo Software to topManagement. Visual inspection of bearings, mechanical seals, impellers, shafts The implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Arrangements for handling operations or long-term storage. The collection and entry of data necessary to update the facility and equipmentmanagement archive Co-ordination of maintenance personnel, proposing technical improvementsaccording to the characteristics of said co-ordination; Responsible for maintaining equipment and machines present in department area Responding to Machine break downs Diagnosing faults and Repairing Equipment’s Supervising Technical staff Managing budgets for machine works Provide Guidance to Technicians Ensuring compliance with HSE rules Managing stocks of supplies and Equipment’s Prepare statements of work to support procurement activities, as needed. Prepare procedures and work plans for completing assigned tasks which may includefield inspections and tests, or the fabrication, installation modification forMechanical systems and components. Initiate required client site permits and support completion of Job Hazards Analyses. Assist client supervisors and lead technicians in pre-job worker orientation, briefingand training. Provide oversight and technical direction to safely accomplish assigned tasks,including the identification and resolution of problems observed in the field. Coordinate with other disciplines including site civil, structural, instrumentation,controls, and architectural, to create and update drawings and documentation
