2. Responsible for inventory analysis (Inventory analysis is the process of understanding the stock/product mix combined with the knowledge of the demand for stock/product. It is the technique to determine the optimum level of inventory for a sale point.), planning & implementation of stock audits.
3. Responsible for finding stock differences to prevent fraudulent activities.
4. Arrange & specify staff shortage then coordinate with HR.

6. Ensure, the stock is delivered in same quantity as it was dispatched from Lahore, Peshawar & Karachi Main Stores & the sale point is properly working on checking process.

9. Manage and update policies and communicate the changes/amendments to every staff member of sale points.
10. Responsible for the proper display of stock in sale points.
11. Monitor the local supplies and ensure the delivery of weekly supplies.
12. Responsible for the renovation of sale points.
13. Responsible for the cleanliness of the sale points.
14. Responsible for the corrections & solutions of the audit observations.
15. Responsible for the voucher checking and budgeting of the sale points.
16. Responsible to maintain the discipline of sale points.
17. Ensure the coordination between sale points and different departments of the head office.
