Currently, I am responsible for Operation and Maintenance in shifts of GE-JB 620, 420, 320, Waukesha Gas Engines, Waste Heat Recovery Boilers (WHRB), and 3 MW Gas Turbine Generator, Combining to make 18 MW Power Plant with following core competencies, DIA.NE XT4, ComAp, SCADA Operation, Trouble Shooting and Job Responsibilities.

K-Electric (Korangi Town Gas Turbine Power Station 100 MW).
I got training for Operation & Maintenace of GE-JB 620 Gas Engines, Waste Heat Recovery Boilers (WHRB) and Steam Turbine Generator, and Ro Plant combining to make a 100 MW Combined cycle Powerplant with following core competencies, Central Control Room (CCR), SCADA operation, Trouble shooting and Job Responsibilities.    

Martin Dow Pharmaceutical limited:• Operating Maintenance and Trouble Shooting of Blister Packaging, Machines with       auto cartoner .NOACK 760, UPS 200, CAM M92, CAM M82, NOACK 740, IMA C60,     & ALU,ALU DPP 130C & ALU ALU DPP 250C Blister Packaging Machine.• Maintain, operate and trouble shooting of ink jet printer, such as Domino, Imaje,       video jet.• Complete change over of compression machines, blister with auto cartoner, and         autopackaging Operating Machines and trouble shooting.• Maintenance timely implementation of the preventive maintenance schedule for         maximum equipment operating time and mean-time-between-failures.• Conduct corrective maintenance for production machinery and equipment as per       production requirement, and Report machine breakdown that may delay                   production planning.• Observe and analyse frequent breakdowns and suggest root cause.• Attend to any other breakdowns and/or failures within the production facility.• Plant improvement, and Modify or upgrade equipment to current standards.• Improve equipment efficiency, improve equipment safety, and Quality and GMP.• Observe and implement prescribed SOPs related to the department.
