• Determined the minimum and maximum level, lead time of materials according to Monthly Forecast
• Monitor current stock, Inventory requirement, validation of Purchase Requisition, ensures the availability of material in Stores as per Monthly Forecast

• Take follow ups regarding Pending Purchase Orders
• Ensure rejected material return to supplier against Purchase Return
• Ensure the availability of all Packs & Flavors of Finished goods as per Sales Forecast and ensure their deliveries in 24 hours.
• Overlook of all shipping operations and ensure best practices to be followed
• Oversee and work toward improvement of transportation routes, freight and load management, wastages and store management.
• Coordination with other Unit teams to timely overcome the issues related to Procurement, Store and Logistics related issues.
• Keep strong checks on Freight implementation, Distribution & Store activities
• Ensure the compliance of all standards & policies set by the company.
• Handle all facets of Zone including sales, marketing, pricing, training, inventory management, and distributor agreements

Involve in Annual operational Planning
Prepare plan with sales team for maximization of sales
Update ASM,s regarding trade offers & Consumer offers
Responsible to give Production Planning according to demand of distributors
Execution of Orders according to distributor demand and target
Ensure the dispatches of all Packs & SKU’s to distributor
Carry out any business related tasks assigned by Management
Handling of Distributor inductions & Resignations
Reports to Manager Accounts
Responsible to maintain Stock Reports on daily basis
Responsible to implement FIFO system
Keep all records of all Stock Inward & Stock Outward
Maintain Pack Wise & Flavor Wise Reports
Coordinate with Sales team regarding Sales Forecast to ensure regular supplies of Packs &Flavors
Ensure proper training of all employees.
Coordinate with Production department regarding the demand of Packs & Flavors
