خلاصہ

Seeking a career in a progressive organization where my educational and professional background related to the field of Administration and Human Resource be effectively utilized and prosper professionally. I have been teaching for 8 years and have worked in a number of different settings including international schools, and private schools. I have been commended by my colleagues as well as my students and their parents for my ability to make the subject matter engaging and fun to learn. I am skilled in classroom management and find that the key to keeping the students focuses is offering them my respect and setting clear boundaries. I take pride in building relationships with my students and getting to know their interests and struggles in order to make their learning experience as positive as possible.
In addition to my teaching duties, I often lead extracurricular activities, such as the debate club, science club, and the school newspaper. I feel that these clubs provide students with the opportunity to build their skill sets and work experience, which will serve them well through their future education and employment. I also supported admission procedures, organizing programs/ events, maintained student portfolios, conducting seminars/ workshops for teachers, maintained duty rosters of teachers, organized visits of speakers and responded to the quarries of the students.
