1. Developed the laboratory for Rolex PVC pipes Industry.
2. Started Testing PVC pipe as per specifications and doing the following tests of PVC pipes by collecting samples from the production line.
3. Impact test, Hydrostatic pressure test, Methylene test, Heat Reversion test, opacity test, Specific Gravity and Fracture toughness test and formulation of Raw materials.
4. Assisted the managerial staff in registration of the firm with different Government and Non-Government Organizations i.e. EPA, PSQCA, UNICEF, UNOCHA, UNDP, USAID, Department of Labor, ISO certification of Quality Management (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 and Environmental Management (EMS) 14001:2004
5. Started Record keeping of Lab tests and stock file of raw materials for Rolex PVC Pipes.
6. Our PVC Product range from 2'' to 8'' PVC pipe white and gray with HDPE Pipe.
7. Daily Production Report and Daily stock Report Checking and compiling data in Excel.
8. Studied the over all process of Cherat cement industry and make report on it during my job training and submit it to Production manager.
9. Teaches Applied Chemistry to Students in National Institute of Science and Technology Charsadda

Quality Control Engineer
As a Production Engineer I am responsible for the daily production records and meeting the production target on time, daily formulating the production schedule and keep checking the quality of pipes as per specification of Pakistan standards B.S 3051/1991 equivalent to British Standards of B.S 3505 for PVC Pipes is also included in my responsibilities. I am also involved in standardization of our industry with ISO: 9001:2015 Quality Management and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Standardization and any other work/tasks assigned by our managerial staff
Lecturer
As a lecturer I was responsible for delivering lectures to D.A.E Students in Applied Chemistry. I was also responsible for taking Quiz’s, giving Assignments and Preparation of Midterm and Final Term Papers.
