ü Responsible to develop position descriptions with the help of respective departments; and keep them updated.
ü Provide status reports on hiring, offers accepted, declined, number of interviews conducted against a particular position etc.
ü Manage recruitment life cycle- Developing job descriptions, Ad posts, reviewing & screening of resume, screening, interviews scheduling, interview arrangement
ü Processing of approval notes and extending offer letters to the respective candidates post the approval process.
ü Recruitment function to ensure that staffing strategies are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the organizational objectives.
ü Liaison with functional & operational managers for candidate hiring, appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization’s overall human resource strategy.
ü Coordinate with headhunters and recruitment agencies for sourcing quality candidates in the minimum possible time.

ü Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
ü Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
ü Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
