This includes responding to inquiries about account balances, transaction history, and other banking services. I strive to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, and ensure that customer privacy and security are maintained.
 
In addition to responding to customer inquiries, I also work to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. This may involve suggesting new products or services that may be of interest to the customer, or providing guidance on how to use existing services more effectively.
