Develops, plans, and implements the PrismERP system. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress for the PrismERP system. Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.
Responsible for leading all the projects related to new module implementations in PrismERP. Also responsible in maintaining resilient operations and support in PrismERP Application. Lead the production support activity for existing PrismERP implementation. Interface closely with developers during the complete software development lifecycle of applications for database analysis and design, and interface requirements with PrismERP. Plan the execution of system implementation and integration as well as system and data testing. Provide technical support to customers in solving product functionality problems. Responds to customers' telephone queries, resolves software & hardware problems and recommends & implements corrective action and guides.

The Sidat Hyder suite of applications consists of in-house developed General Ledger, Fixed Assets, A/C Receivable and Payable, Human Capital Management and Supply Chain Management System etc.
My responsibilities include working as a Techno-Functional Consultant, managing a team of 2-4 consultants.
Project Management, Design and Implementation of Sidat Hyder suite for a diversified customer base.
Analyze business processes across the value chains and prepare As-Is Process document.
Identification of Gaps in running operations/systems and prepare Process Improvement document.
Play a vital role in finalization of Functional Design and Configuration documents (To-Be) of all modules of Sidat Hyder ERP Suite i.e. Financials and Supply Chain.
Develop a conference room pilot environment and prepare the Test Cases document.
Preparing project plans, Leading Project team, assigning project activities and providing training.
