As my resume indicates, I have one year and nine months of experience in professional capacity. I have worked as an assistant to ADO (Planning and Development) Education office Chitral under PUAN Mentorship program, worked as volunteer intern with Aga Khan Rural Support program (AKRSP) Chital in Monitoring and Evaluation section, and I have worked as enumerator with GIZ for the health costing project of Sehat Sahulat program initiated by KP Health department. I am sure you are aware of the flexibility, focus, diplomacy, commitment, and enthusiasm such positions require. I went to USA under Global UGrad Exchange program.
I have much to offer in the way of diversity of experience and profession in that I have worked in three different organizations with different scope and domain. Within these Organizations, I have had the opportunity to learn administration procedures, event management, team work, field work dynamics and the protocols necessary to enforce them ethically and without liability. From my work in these organizations, I have sharpened my organizational/interpersonal skills and my ability to work with speed and accuracy. I have good communication skills (Oral/Written) and can speak four languages (Khowar, Urdu, Pushto, and English)

Media and communication Volunteer
Being a volunteer at Aga Khan regional council upper Chitral in media and communication team my responsibility is to draft monthly reports of all activities arranged by regional council and local councils in upper chitral. Every month different departments of regional council arrange a number of events like sport tournaments by AKYSB , Debate competitions by AKESP , First aid training by AKAH etc, my job is to get the fellow up details of all the happenings to draft the final report of each activity and send it to Aga khan National council Pakistan.
Monitoring and Evaluation internee
Being internee in Monitoring and Evaluation section of MYHP project, my job was to visit different locations of on going activities and events , collect, process,analyze data and draft reports of the different phase of the activities done under this project on monthly basis.
Internee
My key responsibility was to assist ADO (P&P) Education office Chitral to plan all kinds of developmental activities of district Chitral in education sector. This includes making proposal for new/up-gradation of schools, site selection, submission of demand for creation of new position at district level, dealing with INGOs/NGOs, managing and nominating teachers for different professional development training, monitoring and assessing the training, allocation/re-adjustment of resources , maintaining records and reporting of all these activities.
Enumerator
I was responsible for data collection from four different wards in DHQ hospital Chitral in order to determine the economic average cost of top five illnesses in both inpatient and outpatient services of the hospital in each mentioned specialty by using the statistics tool develop by GIZ team. Besides that our team was also responsible to submit a complete report of the performance of the hospital to Health Department KP Government along with some recommendations.
