A young passionate individual with leadership and management skills, worked in the public health sector for the last 7 years on different projects to prevent malnutrition in children and pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.
In this job I am leading three different projects and three different teams which are mentioned below:
1. Benazir Nashonuma Program-WFP-BISP(1000 golden days program for reduction of stunting in children
and improved maternal health), managing the whole district team including the Benazir
Nashonuma Facilitation Centre and outreach staff, take up their issues on board and resolved
them on a priority basis for smooth implementation of program activities, build strong coordination with
district committee, national and international stakeholders, prepared weekly and monthly narrative
and quantitative reports, managing activities within the budget tagline and timeline, doing HR management, and fulfilling monitoring section duties.
2. CCT- Mamta Program,(1000 days Program for improved maternal and child health care), Managing 38
Health facility staff and providing them on-the-job coaching, communicating with them daily to resolve
their issues and guiding them in the registration of each client for cash assistance after receiving
mother and child health care services.
3. Social Behaviour Change Communication(SBCC)-UNICEF: Leading a team comprised of social
behavior councilors for effective change in the community regarding health and nutrition practices,
health and hygiene practices, key family care practices, food and diversity, Breastfeeding myths,
protection from sexual exploitation and abuse(PSEA) and Gender inequality.
Map and identify the areas for implementation of the mobile OTP and the cluster for outreach activities.
Supervise the planning and operationalization of OTP/CMAM activities for flood affected communities in liaison with Project Manager and local authorities.
Support the social mobilizers for identification and formation of village resilient committees, teams and clubs.
Identification of appropriate space and establishment of IYCF corner
Work closely with DoH Health staffs and PPHI to avoid duplication of the services of OTP and appropriate referrals take place to and from the CMAM outreach and well integrated into the Primary Health Care.
On job trainings of Nutrition assistants, IYCF Promoters, Social Mobilizers and relevant outreach staff in screening, assessment, admission, management, discharge from OTP and transfer to and from the community or other source, as per predefined guidelines.
Participate in the capacity building of village resilient committees on project activities.
Conduct routine monitoring visits to the OTP sites and village resilient committees within the district and ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure that the SAM patient receives appropriate treatment, enrollment and referral based OTP admission criteria.
Liaison with FSL team for food voucher distribution to enrolled SAM children and ensure the caretakers are guided properly on utilization of food vouchers.
Ensure adequate availability of all medical and therapeutic food supplies and ensure stock is pre-positioned as planned by discussing with Nutrition Assistants and logistics.
Follow-up and provide feedback to the nutrition assistants on the amount and quality of the treatment supplies if it does not comply with specified quality standards.
Regular and strong coordination with PHC/CMAMI, NSC and Village Resilient Committees on referral and integrated case management package.
· Ensure effective management of FCs and Social mobilization teams in the district, and support FC staff in managing the nutrition operations integrated with IYCF as per the project proposal and project work plan.
· Give technical and programmatic guidance to all staff through training and supportive supervision and on job coaching.
· Compile and report to Executive P&C on monthly/quarterly consumption figures, generate reports on supplies management, realistic projections, and stock reports.
· Generate consumption-based quarterly call-forward requests to WFP and ensure unrestricted SNF supply to all Facilitation Centers in the district.
· Analyze nutrition data on a weekly and monthly basis, generate the desired reports, and provide feedback to the concerned staff on data findings for correction/improvement in data handling.
· Hold progress analysis meeting with FC staff and provide timely constructive feedback to improve the quality of fieldwork, analysis gaps, and follow-ups.
· Ensure that the Project Director receives timely and periodic feedback and reporting on the project implementation status.
· Conduct monitoring visits to FCs on a regular basis to assess the quality of service delivery, protocol compliance, and other relevant tasks.
· Check activity records and verify supplies, etc.
· Track KPIs and suggest actions and solutions to maintain and improve performance.
· Monitor the project budget and report on the expenditure status to the Manager P&C on a monthly basis.
· Work closely with Admin/HR, Finance, and Executive P&C to ensure that Admin, HR and Finance-related activities are carried out as per PPHI and donor policies and procedures.
· Work closely with Finance and Admin Executive to ensure all procurement of goods is adhering to the organization’s procurement policies and procedures.
· Make timely requisitions, ensure timely arrival of supplies, and monitor distribution to the FCs.
· Monitor proper storage of nutrition supplies and the necessary safety measures taken at FC stores.
· Ensure nutrition Vehicle at the field office is efficiently used for the programmatic purpose only.
· Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with district government authorities.
· Make good liaison with district stakeholders working on nutrition.
· Represent PPHI in district-level project/nutrition coordination meetings.
· Prepare quantitative/narrative reports of field activities in accordance with the set timeline.
· Capture success stories and case studies.
· Ensure all nutrition data are collected with quality and reports prepared and shared on time.
· Ensure that meeting minutes, monitoring reports, training reports, and program success stories are documented properly and shared with the Provincial Office.
· Ensure all documents including hard and soft copies of data relating to program operations are being stored safely and have easy access when necessary. Prepare and submit all the reports required by the Donor on time fulfilling their reporting requirements.

Responsible for the development, implementation and review of individual resident’s Nutritional Plan of Care to assure attainment and maintenance of optimal nutritional status. I works to honor resident food choices when possible. In addition, I have the responsibility to document the nutritional status and intervention in resident charts and ensure that the appropriate diet is being received by the resident. Moreover provides nutrition therapy to the unit residents. In addition, I provide nutritional/diet in-service training to staff and consultation to residents and their families.
