MPCA Project Duties Under the direct supervision of the Area Base Coordinator, and the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and the Programme Coordinator, responsible for supporting IOM Pakistan’s Humanitarian Programme MPCA (Multi purpose cash Assestment) for Afghan Migrants by administering assessments and surveys through home visits, phone calls and recording data into the system and monitoring the cash distribution process at relevant distribution centers.Individual livelihood Duties

During this project, my responsibilities were to frequent visits to BHUs, CDs, and RHU of multiple union councils, to monitor the Field session and empowering the staff.
