ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department including, month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, fixed asset activity and debt activity.
2. Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with IFRS and statutory requirements.
3. Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Accounts at Group level.
4. Preparation of MIS presentation and profitability analysis on monthly basis.
5. Liaising with auditors/tax consultants and ensure timely publication of auditor’s report & various tax returns.
6. Supervise and manage quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and act as a key liaison for external auditors during audit periods and ensure Secretarial Compliance advisors are provided up to date information for filings to SECP
7. High proficiency in resource training & management.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Inspection of Transactions.
2. Payroll G/L monthly reconciliations (Adv & loans to staff, salaries & wages, overtime)
3. Preparation and Filling of Monthly withholding statements.
4. Preparation of monthly income statements and Balance sheet.
5. Costing of products
6. Bank reconciliation weekly & monthly
7. Budgeting for new projects.
8. Working on ERP system.
9. Manage Accounts Receivables and Payables.
10. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
11. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
12. Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts
13. Maintaining fixed asset register.
14. revenue and expenditure variance analysis
15. Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
16. Maintain banking relationships
17. Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure
