Job Responsibilities:

Customer and distributor training
-Run training sessions
-Provide basic information on daily use of the machine to customers.
-Record Keeping of Installation & Maintenance of all the equipments (mentioned above) in South region.
-Material return & issuance from store for activities in South region.
-Site survey before the installation of equipment.
-Site visit for the installation, maintenance and ATP of equipments.
-Communication with customers (Telenor Pakistan, Ufone, Warid, Zong, Mobilink & their contractors) for site details in case of maintenance and installation of equipments and ATP & communicate with field personnel to assign tasks.
-Generator automation and management with the help of Saltec’s modules called AMF (Auto mains fail) & GEM (Generator manager).
-Monitoring & analyzing of site and provide back end support to our field personnel with the help of remote monitoring system.
-Repairing of modules (AMF, SM, APS, GEM), Power supplies, Relay cards, AVR cards and other cards and modules in case of urgent rectification.
-Make performance report of field personnel on quarter yearly basis and submit it to the department head.
- Installation, Integration and Commissioning of NEC Microwave Dish Antennas their Height, Azimuths, Electrical and Mechanical Tilts. - Installation & commissioning of BTS cabinet with the help of DED’s. -Proper Routing, Termination, Tagging and Grounding of Power cables, Fiber optics and IF Cable. -VSWR and Fault Location through LMT.
-Patching of Various Alarms. -Complete Site Installation according to the provided Link Budget and Defined engineering Designs (DED’s).
-Communication with customer for site verification, ATP and documentation after dismantling of previous installed equipment.
-Searching of data related to the products which were aligned to us.
-Read thoroughly about the products on different websites which carry authentic data.
-Fill the template as correctly as possible and submit to the QC department for rechecking.
