- Led and directed a team of 02 master technicians and 17 skilled technicians to meet the maintenance and operation requirements of the Rolling Stock fixed asset systems. • Responsible for implementing the cutting standards of the passenger train wheelset at the Underfloor wheel lathe machine according to approved regulations to keep the train wheelset parameters within the standard range.

1. Optimization of the Underfloor Lathe Machine operation to reduce the reprofiling time and update the current reprofiling standards
2. Upgradation of the radial reactions claws to reduce the reprofiling time and increase machine efficiency.
- Testing: Tested proximity sensors of both types PNP and NPN, Limit switches and Solenoids/ Spool Valves.- Panel Design: Designed SYNTEC PLC control panel with 2 Engineers and having hand on experience of panel wiring.- Troubleshooting: Resolved hardware troubleshooting and maintenance of different types of CNC machines.- Panel Drawings: Developed power drawings of different types of different types of CNC machines by hand.- Panel Wiring: Engineered connections of MCB, Contactors, Relays and VFD and connections of input and output cards of SYNTEC CNC control.- Servo Drive: Engineered Connections of Servo motors and drives and allocated separated path for M3 Link and other communication cables.- PLC Training: Successfully completed 5 days training on SIMATIC PLC Ladder Logic.
