Maintenance of building Like repairing, paint work, Meson Work. Arrangement of Grocery Items, Housekeeping Materials. Handles maintenance of IWM physical assets , generators, lifts, first aid kits etc. Looks after uniform arrangements by ensuring uniforms to new hires are provided & uniforms of existing staff are changed on timely basis . Daily check on Non Complaince of Uniform & Employee card and report to AM . Handles police matters and deals with government agencies where need maybe. Dealing and Negotiations with Different Type of Vendors on Service Work. Ensures monthly payments of overheads are cleared on timely basis. Runs outdoor activities assigned by the management from time to time basis. Arrange Lower staff for loading/ un loading whenever needed . Daily basis check list of Unit consumption and report it to AM Admin. Arrangement of transportation whenever required for consignment delivery. Follow up for clearnce of SAP documention from payment ledger .
