Intern ship
During one month in DG cement working in each department was a great experience. Beginning from quarry ,how raw material is transported to factory, then on to raw mill processing, storing in silo's. After Calcination of stored raw processed material to kiln.
Kiln was provided with fuel(caol mostly imported) for baking of material in kiln. Clinker was examined in quality control then cooled and stored.
Clinker transported to cement mill(roller mill) mixing with 5 percent gypsum.
Packed in bags and ready to deliver to market.
